Marketing

Dynatron steers clear of wasteful “One Size Fits All” mass advertisements by using targeted contacts. Marketing to customers is easy using marketing wizards. Campaigns like Retention, CSI, Recalls, and Timing Belts are prebuilt for quick implementation. The brochures on the left provide the average response rate for each marketing campaign and the average return on investment. The targeted approach coupled with competitive prices for emails, automated phone calls, postcards, and LiveCalls substantially reduces the cost of marketing for dealers and increases the rate response to the campaign.

Merchandising

Dynatron’s DealerMenus allows you to create, price, and present professional factory or dealer preferred menus to your customers. This program helps advisors present the menu the customer’s vehicle is due for at the correct mileage based on RO and mileage history. Movies or website links are included for services on the menu. The Marketing program integrates with Merchandising allowing Service Advisors to schedule appointments and postponed or recommended services for marketing campaigns.

Measuring

Dynatron gives dealerships the tools needed to measure critical areas within the Service department. Reports are emailed automatically each week providing metrics like Number of Repair Orders, Labor Revenue, Hours/RO, and Retail % by Service Advisor. Service Managers can also access our user friendly reporting system capable of generating hundreds of reports and graphs.
